Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging, with your order number or proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, used pet grooming items can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return: Email us at support@leviathanx.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, since our products ship from different warehouses and returns sent to the wrong address can't be processed.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Return shipping: For returns that aren't due to our error (for example, a change of mind), the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get a different item or color is to return the one you have and place a new order.
