Shipping Policy

Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and another with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time: Our products are shipped by partner suppliers from their own warehouses. Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after shipping. Some items ship from international warehouses and may take up to 20 business days. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping costs: Any shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email us and we'll look into it.

Lost or delayed packages: If your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us at support@leviathanx.store and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. Please double-check your address at checkout; we can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrectly entered address.
